Excellent location: walking distance to Hyde Park, Harvey Nichols, Harrods, the Tube, buses, and some great restauranta. Staff were friendly and courteous. Room was well designed with a large comfortable couch, great desk, plenty of drawers and closet space, fridge, coffee-making facilities, And a great view over London!

The property is in an ideal location for shopping and food. The rooms were also spacious and the bathrooms were a good size. Staff were polite and friendly especially doormen.

best location, best staff, best reception. I used stay in this hotel whenever I visit london and this year ai was surprised of the low rating given to the hotel in booking.com. Honestly its not reporting the overall hotel experience. I give it 8.5 to 9 rating. we came so early and the reception was soo kind and allow us to check in. whenever we call for any service they are responsive. its safe hotel. and really made my visit to london very convenient

The location of the hotel is perfect, it is close to all the landmarks, the room is great even if the furniture is a little old, but it is worth the experience and I would like to visit you again

The staff was amazing, the room was spacious and the interior is so nice, the view of the room was amazing, the location is brilliant it is so close to everything
